The Leahy-Smith America Invents Act was enacted in September of 2011. Many say it is the most significant change to the United States patent system since 1952 and even 1863.  This website is dedicated to the ongoing study of its legislative history and implementation in the tradition of former Examiner-in-Chief P. J. Federico and his commentary on the 1952 Act.
